OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., all board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Tom Novak, Fred Krug, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala and Carole Crum.

For the Chair (and Board): We would like to send out special thanks to Jeanne Brommer for the great job she did as our pool committee chair and to Dave Hanck and George Booras for handling the mechanical aspects. Because of their efforts, an enjoyable pool season was had by all.

Kudos to Gene Dunne for rebuilding an existing Cupola and installing the new one. Also, thanks to his wife Eileen for rescuing him, after the wind knocked his ladder to the ground. The new Cupola's look great!!!

Grounds: Entrance lights on Oak Creek keep going out. Breaker keeps tripping.

An electrician will be called to look into the problem.

Club House: Middle cupola moved to west side. New cupola with wind vane install in middle. Gene Dunne ordered the cupola and installed them.

Finance: 88K in assess.

Holiday Social: A holiday get together is scheduled for Friday December 7 at the club house starting at 6:30 p.m. Please bring something to pass around. The Association will provide: plastic cups, plates, forks and paper ware. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, December 3.
