OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug, Tom Novak and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Dave Hanck, Sandy Worzala, and Jeanne Brommer.

Finance: Currently we have $93,000 in assets. With the opening of the pool this amount will be decreasing.

Grounds: Weed control has been applied to the walking path around the pond.

New swings have been installed in the playground area and the bench fixed

Pool: The pool will be opened on Saturday, May 26 at noon. The pool gate number has been changed. It will be given to residents as they come to the pool with their consent forms. The consent forms are on the pool web page at oakcreekhomeowners.org. This year’s pool rules will also be on that page.

This is a reminder from the pool committee. The pool attendants will uniformly enforce the pool rules.

Homeowners Lots: A reminder the homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of the parkway in front for their lots.

Social: The social committee decided that last year’s Margarita nights by the pool was a success. Therefore, we are extending these nights to include the second Thursdays of each month the pool is open. The first one will be Thursday, June 14 starting at 7:00 p.m. The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on Monday, June 4.
