Minutes of the March 5, 2012

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

 

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., All board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Gene Dunne, Fred Krug, Tom Novak and Tom Hytry. 

 

The following homeowners were also present:  Carole Crum, Sandy Worzala, Jim & Janice Lee, Sandy Hurley and Dave Hanck.  

 

Finance:  The 2012 budget was approved.  It’s the same as the draft budget which is on the web site on the “minutes” page under the February minutes entry. The only major capital improvement budgeted for this year is redoing the clubhouse front parking lot.

 

Current assets are at ~86K.

 

The board wishes to thank  Fred Krug for the time he spent on preparing the new 2012 budget.

 

Pool: The board decided on a trial basis to permit the pool to be rented from 5:00 p.m. on the third Sunday of June, July and August.  Details on costs and “pool attendant” requirements will be in the 2012 pool rules.  Even if the pool is rented, residents would still be able to use it between 5:00 and normal residential closing time.

 

A volunteer is needed to head the pool committee.  Dorothy Jarman is doing it until we find someone.  If you are interested please contact Dorothy at 630 553-0925.

 

Ground:  The entrance way “Oak Creek“ walls will be power washed.
