Minutes of the February 6, 2012

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Gene Dunne, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Sandy Worzala and Bonnie Visini.

Finance: Fred Krug reported on 2011 Expenses vs. Budget. The association came in at 5% under budget for 2011. The association assets increased from ~60K (12/31/2011) to ~74K (12/31/2011).

The 2012 budget will be approved at the March meeting. A draft of the budget is on the web site on the “minute’s” page under the February minutes entry.

Route 71 Expansion: There was no discussion on the Route 71 expansion as no one present at the meeting had anything to bring up.

Pool: There was a suggestion that the pool be made available for rentals on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. Currently all pool rentals begin at 7:00 p.m. Even if the pool is rented, residents would still be able to use it between 5:00 and normal residential closing time.

The decision to change the pool rules to allow early rentals on Sunday was postponed until the March meeting to allow residential feedback.

A volunteer is needed to head the pool committee. Dorothy Jarman is doing it until we find someone.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday March 5.
