Minutes of the December 3 , 2012

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Worzala and Carole Crum.

Uneventful meeting with little activity.

Grounds: Entrance lights on Oak Creek have been fixed.

Finance: 90K in assess.

Periodic Reminder on Parked Vehicles: For the Covenants Article II ” General Restrictions”:

. Commercial vehicles shall not be habitually parked in the subdivision. "Commercial vehicles" shall include all forms of transportation which bear signs or have printed on the same reference to any commercial undertaking or enterprise. In addition, no trailers, mobile homes, or recreational vehicles of any kind shall be habitually parked in said subdivision unless within a garage located thereon. Habitually parked for purposes of these restrictions shall be defined as parked in said subdivision, not within a garage located thereon, for a period in excess of three (3) consecutive days.

Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting to elect new board members will be the second Monday in January (January 7). Three new board members will be elected. The three openings are the seats held by Gene Dunne, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry.

Fred Krug will be giving an over view of this year’s financials.

This meeting is a good time for homeowners to give input into what the board should do or not do in the coming year.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the second Monday, January 7.
