OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., Board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Tom Novak, Gene Dunne and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Dave Hanck, Sandy Worzala, Tom & Beverly Novak and Carole Crum.

From the Chair: The board would like to extend a big thanks to Ray Mertens who volunteered to keep the club house bathrooms looking great this summer. Everyone who used the pool appreciated his kind efforts.

Grounds: Path cleared.

Billing issue with ComEd over light at Oakcreek entrance has been resolved, light should be back on.

Club House: Insurance estimate to fit clubhouse – tree removed from driveway, fit roof and gutters, replace one cupola was $1420.

Will replace all three cupolas (so that they match).

Pool: New Clock installed. Two new tables without glass tops where bought to replace the last of the glass top tables.

Finance :89K in assess.
