Minutes of the November 7, 2011

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., the following board members were present: Dorothy Jarman, Dave Hanck and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Tom Novak, Carole Crum and Sandy Worzala.

From the Chair: The board of directors would like to thank the following people:

Gene Dunne, Sandy Worzala and Dorothy Jarman for removing and storing the pool furniture.

Tom Hytry for organizing the "Margarita Parties" throughout the summer.

Dave Hanck for painting the newly installed window at the clubhouse.

Finance: No financial report.

Grounds: The area around the club house and the front entrances where cleaned up.

Area around the retention pond will be thinned out and the pampas grass controlled.

New Years: Due to the lack of interest we will not be doing a Progressive New Years Dinner party. Thanks to Beth Johnson in offering her house to host one part of it.

Annual Board Meeting and Election of (2) board members: Second Monday in January – January 9, 2012

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the first Monday, December 5.
