Minutes of the March 7, 2011

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:01 p.m., all board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Dave Hanck, Gene Dunn, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Jim Lee, Sandy Worzala.

Finance: Fred Krug presented an overview of our 2010 financial statement. You can get an email copy of it by contacting Fred at treasurer@oakcreekhomeowners.org. The committees started to submit budgets for this year. A draft of this year’s budget will be

put together at the next meeting.

Currently we have $58,300 in the bank which is $14,500 more than last year.

Grounds: The lights have been fixed at the Winding Creek entrance.

Yard Sale: A date for the spring yard sale has been set – Friday/Saturday May 13/14. For more details contact Dorothy Jarman.

Social: The pot-luck Friday night get-together at the club house March 11 was a success.

We will be doing The Margarita Night by the pool again this year. It will be the first Thursday of each month that the pool is open. The first one will be June 7 starting at 8:00 p.m. Last year’s Margarita nights were very successful. A flyer will be in the May minutes. The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on Monday, April 4.
