HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting
Called to order at 7:00 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Dave Hanck, Gene Dunn and Tom Hytry.
The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Jim Lee, Tom Novak, Sandy Worzala.
Finance: No report
Clubhouse: Outside painting is done. We are looking into repairing the three cupolas on the roof of the club house.
The board plans on repaving the front club house parking lot next spring.
Pool: Since the revised rules came out there has been no problems at the pool.
The pool committee will be purchasing two “offset umbrellas” to provide shade in the pool area.
Dogs: Please clean up after your dogs including on the walk path by the retaining pond!
Grounds. The following is a summary of our discussion at the meeting in regard to refuse pick up for the subdivision:
The Grounds Committee recommends that all homeowners consider the use of Complete Sanitation Company for weekly refuse pickup. Currently there are 3-separate refuse companies picking up on 3-different days of the week in our neighborhood. These are the basic advantages in consolidating with Complete Sanitation Company:

Social We are extending Margarita nights to include the first Thursdays of each month the pool is open. The next one will be Thursday, August 4 starting at 7:00 p.m. The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients.
Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the second Monday, August 8.
