Minutes of the January 10, 2011 Annual meeting of Oak Creek Homeowners Association and minutes of the January 10, 2011 Board Meeting.

Minutes of the Annual meeting:

Election of three members to the governing board: Three openings on the board were up for election. Both Fred Krug and Tom Hytry ran and were reelected to the board for two more years. Gene Dunne stepped forward and was elected to the board. Retiring from the board after six years was Jim Lee.

The board officers for this year are:

Dorothy Jarman – President (hopefully)

Fred Krug – Treasurer

Tom Hytry – Secretary

Committee Heads:

The following are heading up the association committees:

Ground: Tom Novak

Pool: Donna Palmer & Dave Hanck

Club House: Carole Crum & Sandy Worzala

Architectural: Jim Lee

Social: Tom Hytry

Finance: Fred Krug presented a financial report for 2010. The association ended the year with $58,000. This was an increase of $12,000 from last year. The association has delinquent accounts totals of about $6000 due to mainly three foreclosure properties. The delinquent amount is not included in the above $58,000 number.

Monthly assessments: The monthly assessment is not changing and will remain at $85 per month.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on Monday February 7. Please note that this is the first Monday of the month and not the second.
