Minutes of the February 7, 2011

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:01 p.m., all board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Dave Hanck, Gene Dunn, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Sandy Worzala.

Architectural Committee: Jim Lee is heading up the Architectural Committee. The two board members on the committee with him are Dave Hanck and Genne Dunne.

Finance: Committee heads please start to get your 2011 budget together for the next meeting. Contact Fred Krug to get a list of 2010 expenses.

Yard Sale: We are still planning an Oak Creek yard sale. The current plans are to hold it

in May. For more details contact Dorothy Jarman.

Social: The social committee is having a pot-luck Friday night get-together at the club house March 11 starting at 6:00 p.m. A flier will be given out a week before the event.

Bring your favorite dish and come meet your neighbors.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on Monday March 7.
