Minutes of the December 5, 2011

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., the following board members were present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug, Dave Hanck and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Jim & Janice Lee, Paul Augius, Andy Beumel, Art Woodward, Jeff Johnson, Tom Novak, Carole Crum and Sandy Worzala.

Finance: We have 71K in reserve. With the pool closed it will be increasing during the next few months.

Grounds: We will be going with the same yard service next year – Semper-Fi – no increase in costs.

Roofing: A request was made to review the architectural committee’s list of approved roofing materials.

At the Annual Board Meeting in January the architectural review committee will present their recommendation for an expanded list of shingles which they believe will preserve the architectural integrity of our community while giving homeowners more options for roof replacement.

Route 71 Expansion: Jeff Johnson, our association observer at the I-DOT meetings, reported the recommendations from the engineering task force on the expansion of Route 71:

- Four lanes with a raised median and a separate bike path on the southern side of the road way.

- Speed limit of 45 mph.

- Land will need to be taken including the area where our entrances are to make room from the expansion
