OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., all board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Fred Krug, Dave Hanck, Gene Dunn and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Ned & Sandy Hurley, Nick Plattos and Sandy Worzala.

Finance: No report

Clubhouse: One window is being replaced and the cupolas are being repaired.

Tennis Courts: Jim Lee contacted the people that put in the tennis courts.

There is a problem with small cracks on the surface. The people that put the counts in (MC Sports) said the problem is with the base (asphalt) and that these crack may appear over the first 5 years. They offer to redo the top surface at this time or to later redo the top of the courts for a guaranteed price ($5300) which includes

a discount of $2400 which would have been their cost to repaint the surface now.

We have a letter from them stating the above. The board decided to wait.

Social The last Margarita night was the best attended yet. One more to go this pool season! The next one will be Thursday, September 1 starting at 7:00 p.m. The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Next Board meeting will be at 7:00 on the second Monday, September 12.
