Minutes of the November 1, 2010

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:01 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman, Dave Hanck, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Sandy Worgala, John & Donna Palmer.

Club House: The painting of the club house is postponed to the spring due to cold weather. The ceiling fans have been installed in the main hall of the club.

Grounds: Light on the Winding Creek entrance of the sub-division are up and working

Social: The pot luck get together has been postponed to late January or early February.

Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting to elect new board members will be the second Monday in January (January 10). Three new board members will be elected. The three openings are the seats held by Jim Lee, Fred Krug and Tom Hytry. Both Fred Krug and Tom Hytry plan to run again.

Brush Pickup: This is to remind homeowners that we do not have brush pickup since we contract for our garage pickup individually.

Subdivision Speed Limits: We need to remind our residents, once again, about the speed limit in the subdivision.   Everyone needs to be reminded that people are out walking/running and we must maintain a safe environment.  Residents and guests need to slow down when driving through the subdivision.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in December (December 6) at 7:00 p.m.
