Minutes of the May 3, 2010

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:05 p.m., all the board members were present: Dorothy Jarman, Jim Lee, George Booras, Dave Hanck and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Donna Palmer, Tom Novak, Bonnie Vicini and

Sandy Worzala.

Finance: The association current assets are ~$61.

Pool: The pool will be opened on Saturday, May 29 at noon.

The pool gate number has been changed. It will be given to residents as they come to the pool with their consent forms. The consent forms are on the pool web page at oakcreekhomeowners.org. This year pool rules will also be on that page.

Grounds: The two entrances have been mulched and the path will be sprayed.

Tennis nets are up.

Club House: A list of who has keys is being put together.

Social: The social committee will be organizing a Margarita night by the pool.

We have not set a date but it will be in June either on a Thursday or Friday night

during the adult swim time (after 8:00 p.m.). The weather will be the determining factor in setting the date. The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients. A flyer will be sent out a week before the event.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in June (June 7) at 7:00 p.m.
