Minutes of the June 7, 2010

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:05 p.m., board members were present: Dorothy Jarman, Jim Lee, George Booras and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Tom Novak, Carol Crum, Lee Ann Olsen and

Sandy Worzala.

George Booras has resigned from the board for personal reasons. Anyone interested in being on the board please contact Dorothy Jarman.

Finance: The association current assets are ~$62..

Pool: Up and running. Just a reminder to pool users - each homeowner/lot owner is allowed 6 guests per visit.  You may not "use" your neighbor's guest allowance (the homeowner must be present when they have guests at the pool.)

Grounds: The Path has been weeded. Entrance lights replaced

Club House: Updated breaker system in club house. Pumped out septic system.

Getting estimates on painting club house.

Tennis Courts: If you use the courts at night please turn off the lights after use

Also only “tennis shoes” are allowed on the courts. They are in good condition – let’s keep them that way.

Animals: Unattended or unleashed dogs are not allowed off owner’s property.

Garbage: If you place your garbage out the night before pickup please have them in raccoon proof containers.

Lawns: Homeowners are responsible for mowing their grass next to the road. Please don’t leave grass clipping in the street.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in July (July 5) at 7:00 p.m.
