Minutes of the July 5, 2010

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:05 p.m., board members present: Dorothy Jarman and Tom Hytry.

No official business was condicted since we didn’t have a quorum.

The following homeowners were also present: Cathy and Dave Price and

Sandy Worzala.

Club House: While getting estimates on painting the club house it was discovered that

work is needed on a number of the club house windows. We will be getting estimates

on this work.

Social Memberships: The board has been asked to allow social memberships for adult children of homeowners that no longer live with their parents. Since these adults are not residents they can only use the pool if one of their parents is at the pool. The By-Laws allow for social memberships but they have never been authorized by the board. Tom Hytry is putting together a proposal for the next meeting.

Social: The social committee decided that the Margarita night by the pool Thursday, July 1, was a success. Therefore, we are extending these nights to include the first Thursdays of both August and September. See Flyer in this mailing. The Association will provide: ice, blender, plastic cups, salsa and chips. Bring your own drink ingredients.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in August (August 9) at 7:00 p.m.
