Minutes of the May 4, 2009

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., the following board members were present: Jim Lee, Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Donna Palmer, Dave Hanck, Jean Paetzel, Carole Crum, George Booras, Sandy Worzala.

Finance: The 2009 Association Budget was passed. The budget is on the website oakcreekhomeowners.org on the minute’s page.

Grounds: The board votes to repave the back clubhouse parking lot. The cost will be $12600.

Eric Paetzel is looking into the cost of replacing some of the rusty parts in the playground equipment.

Pool Committee: The 2009 pool rules are listed on the website. The pool committee decided not to have the 8-9 p.m. adult swim time during the week. They have been asked to relook into this and report back at the next meeting.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in June (June 1) at 7:00 p.m.
