Minutes of the March 2, 2009

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., the following board members were present: Adam Sarauskas, Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Hurley,

Tom & Beverly Novak, Dave Hanck, Carole Crum, Jean Paetzel, Sandy Worzala.

It was another short meeting with no new or old business being discussed.

Finance: Committees submitted their budget for this year. They will be presented at the next meeting and voted on in May.

Grounds: Ground committee is looking at a new contract for grounds.

Eric is looking into the cost of either repaving or patching the driveway by the tennis courts.

Social: The Friday February 20 party was attended by about 25 homeowners and was very successful. It was suggested that we should hold another get together this spring.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in April (April 6) at 7:00 p.m.
