Minutes of the June 1, 2009

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., the following board members were present: Jim Lee, Ned Hurley, and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Donna Palmer, Dave Hanck, Carole Crum, Tom Novak, Sandy Worzala.

Grounds: The back clubhouse parking lot h as been paved. The following projects will or are being done: mulching, spraying the path for weeds, replacing timbers on the playground.

Jim Lee is looking into the problem with the lights on the tennis courts.

Pool Committee: The committee wishes to remind homeowners that between 8-12a.m. are

unguarded adult swim hours. No children under age 18 are allowed during these hours.

Social: The association is planning a summer Friday night pot luck party at the club house

on August 14.

Golf Outing: The Oakcreek Homeowners Association golf outing will be held Saturday, July 25th at Blackberry Oaks Golf Club located in Bristol. Tee times will be from 9:00am - 10:00am followed by lunch at Ralph's. Details including costs will follow when the headcount is firmer. Currently we have 16 homeowners that have confirmed their interest. We hope to have 20-25 participants. Once again, please let Jim Lee know if you will participate at Lee.59@live.com.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in July (July 6) at 7:00 p.m.
