Minutes of the July 6, 2009

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., the following board members were present: Adam Sarauskas, Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Donna Palmer, Jean Paetzel, Tom Novak, Sandy Worzala.

Finance: Current assets of the association: $43,500

Tennis Court Lights: The tennis court lights are working. The power for the lights is controlled by a timer in the club house. It turns off the power at 10:00 p.m. The timer does not turn on the lights. If you are using the court at night, before 10:00 p.m., the switch to turn on the lights is on the north-west light pole. Please turn off the lights after you are done.

Grounds: The grounds committee (Tom Novak) is getting the timbers replace around the playgrounds. The mulching is now done. The path around the water retention pond area is being sprayed. The dead trees on the path have been removed. The dead bushes by the club house will be replaced this fall.

Pot Luck Party: The association is having a pot luck party for the subdivision on Friday August 7 at 6:00 p.m. at the clubhouse. Please come over and meet your neighbors. Plates, silverware, cups will be provided. Bring something to eat and drink. This is a change of date since the planners are no longer

available for the 14^th of August.

Board Election: Looking toward the future, there will be three opening on the board this January and the three board members that current hold the positions will be leaving. All three have been on the board for at least four years. If you are concerned about our neighborhood please think about joining the board.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in August (Aug 3) at 7:00 p.m.
