Minutes of the February 9, 2008

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., the following board members were present: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Hurley, Donna Palmer, John Baer, Carole Crum and Jean Paetzel.

It was a short meeting with no new or old business being discussed.

Finance: Association finances are up to $46,000. They normally go up during the winter when the pool is closed.

Pool: Donna Palmer will be taking over the pool committee.

Committee heads please be ready to present your budgets at the next meeting.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in March (March 2) at 7:00 p.m.
