Minutes of the December 7, 2009

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:03 p.m., the following board members were present: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Tom Novak, Sandy Worzala and Jean Paetzel.

Repeat for November Minutes: Assessment Increase: The current board will recommend to the new board in January that the monthly assessment be raised to $90.

The board looked into the need of raising the monthly assessment for next year.

We have not had an increase in the monthly assessment since 2003. If it wasn’t for the pool coming in under budget by $7000, we would have been in financial trouble this year.

To keep all of the improvements that we have done the last three year in good repair we need to look at an increase to the assessment. We also need to pave the front club house driveway in 2010.

Board Election: There will be three openings on the board this January and the three board members that currently hold the positions will be leaving. All three have been on the board for at least four years. If you are concerned about our neighborhood, please think about joining the board. The election meeting will be the second Monday in January, 1/11/2010

As of the December meeting no one has come forward to serve on the new board.

We need three new people this time around.

This is the meeting to give input on what you see the board doing or not doing in the coming year. Without your input, the board may not do what you think they should be doing.
