Minutes of the September 8, 2008

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:02 p.m., present were board members: Ned Hurley, Jim Lee and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum and Sandy Worzala.

Grounds: Board has decided to wait until next spring to repave the club house parking lots.

Pool: Will be closed on September 17.

Club House: To save money the board has decided to only clear snow off the front parking lot.

New House on Winding Creek: The Architectural committee has approved the plans. The new owners are trying to save as many trees as they can.

Adjournment: 7:21 p.m.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the First Monday in October (October 6) at 7:00 p.m.
