OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:05 p.m., present were board members: Ned Hurley, Jim Lee and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Ellen Larson, Tom Novak, Dave Hanck and Sandy Worzala.

Club House: To save money the board has decided to only clear snow off the front parking lot. The association has contracted with Sno-command to do the parking lot. Their rates are very reasonable and they do residents. If you are interested in having them do your driveway they can be contacted at 630-553-7204.

Pool: New state regulations on the pool drain will need to be done before the pool opens next year. Cost should be about $900.

Reminder: Boats, trailers or recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on a driveway for more than three consecutive days.

No November board meeting: Due to lack of issues, the board has decided not to hold the November board meeting. Next meeting will be in December.
