Minutes of the May 5, 2008

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:03 p.m., present were all board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel, Jim Lee, Adam Sarauskas and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: John Baer, Carole Crum, Jean Paetzel, Dave Hanck, Tom & Beverly Novak , Sandy Worzala.

Special Assessment: This year’s special assessment of $450 was payable in four installments starting with the March 1 homeowners billing and continuing monthly through the June 1 billing. A $50 late fee will be applied to any homeowner that has not paid it by August 15.

At the next meeting Adam will give a midyear financial report on how the association is doing after putting in the new tennis courts and fence.

Grounds: The walking path will be filed in and leveled. We are also looking into the lighting at the Oak Creek entrance.

Garbage Pickup: If you need to put out your rubbish the night before pickup please make sure that it is in raccoon proof containers. If it spills out please pick up. If you have more recyclables than fit in the Waste Management recyclable containers you can use a regular garbage can labeled recyclables.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in July (July 7) at 7:00 p.m.
