Minutes of the July 7, 2008

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:03 p.m., present were all board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel, Jim Lee, Adam Sarauskas and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Ellen Larson, Jean Paetzel, Dave Hanck, Tom Novak, Donna Palmer, Terry Mulhall Sandy Worzala.

Financial Report: After the special assessment and redoing the tennis courts and fence the association has $54,450. The only major item that the board is considering is redoing the club house driveway on the tennis court side of the club.

Grounds: The walking path was redone and some plants were replaced at the two entrances.

The lights at the entrances were also replaced.

Pool: Reminder: Quests are only allowed at the pool when accompanied by a resident.

Some of the cement slabs by the pool will be raised. Cost $400.

Alternative Garbage Pickup: There is an alternative to Waste Management. Some residents are using Complete Garbage. They cost $57 a quarter. Call Bethy or Megan at 815-496-9000 if interested.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be the first Monday in August (August 4 ) at 7:00 p.m.
