Minutes of the December 1, 2008

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:02 p.m., present were board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel, Adam Sarauskas and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Jean Paetzel, Tom Novak and Sandy Worzala.

The meeting was very short with no new open items.

Finance: Adam reported that we should end the year with about $43,000. This is after paying for all of the improvement that the Association has done over the last two years. There are no plans for any special assessments for the coming year.

Social: We missed having a holday party but we are looking at having a Pot-Luck party at the club house in February.

Adjournment: 7:13 p.m.

Annual Meeting: The annual meeting will be the Second Monday in January (January12) at 7:00 p.m. Two seats on the Board are up for reelection.
