Minutes of the October 1, 2007

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:03 p.m., present were all board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel, Jim Lee, Adam Sarauskas and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, April Gilligan, Tom & Beverly Novak, Doug & Judy Palmer Sandy Worzala and Jean Paetzel.

The meeting was short with no real committee reports.

The board is reminding members that Ave 1000 will be adding a 20% late fee to any property owners who are three months or more delinquent in the payment of monthly assessments. (as per Article VI of the association By-Laws).

Long-Term Planning: The committee is updating estimates on the tennis courts for next year.

The meeting ended at 7:20 p.m.

Note: There was not September board meeting.
