Minutes of the November 5, 2007

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:03 p.m., present were board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Sandy Hurley, Judy Palmer, Dave Hanck Sandy Worzala and Jean Paetzel.

The meeting was short with no real committee reports.

The main thing discussed is what to present at the annual meeting in January.

Next month we will have a financial report on how the organization is doing and how this year’s special assessment was spent

Jim Lee will update the estimates for replacing/improving the tennis courts.

January Elections: This is a reminder that there will be three openings on the board to be elected this January.

The meeting ended at 7:20 p.m.
