Minutes of the March 5, 2007

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., present were the following board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Adam Sarauskas. (Tom Hytry was not present – Adam Sarauskas took

notes for the minutes.)

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum, Beverly and Tom Novak, Dave Hanck, zDave Price, Sandy Worzala, and Jean Paetzel.

Treasurer’s Report: Budgets were delivered to Adam and will be voted on at next meeting.

Clubhouse:  8 windows are being repaired with new seals.

A new oven/stove was purchased

Pool: a proposal was made to start kids swim at 11:00 am instead of noon.  Will be discussed with pool committee.

Long Range Planning:  New well price is running in the $20,000-$23,000 price.  Will get more detailed quotes and discuss at next meeting.
