Minutes of the June 4, 2007

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., present were the following board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel, Adam Sarauskas and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Carole Crum Dave Hanck, Linda Grahovec, Linda DeWitte and Jean Paetzel.

Report on Fire at 38 Winding Creek Rd: Ned checked with the sheriff department and the only news is that it is an ongoing investigation.

If anyone has any information on the fire please contact either the Kendall County Sheriff Department or Kendall County Crime Stoppers (630-745-1758). There is a reward for information leading to the arrest of the arsonist.

Also, the board wants to remind home owners to keep safety in mind. Leave lights on,

talk to neighbors when going on vacation, etc.

Treasurer’s Report: No report. Next meeting will look into how the special assessment to going.

Grounds: The new well is in at a cost of $18,042 (three thousand under budget.), fence around the pool is up, cost $8,645. Walkway work is on going.

Clubhouse: The Electric braker boxes need work, clubhouse committee is looking into it.

Pool: Special thanks to John Tunnel, Dave Hanck, and Michael & Jean Brommer for getting the pool ready this spring.

New Business: The board is looking into possible Covenants changes to make it easier to allow different material to be used on the outside of houses. Any Covenants changes will need to be voted on by the home owners.

New Directory: We are putting together a new homeowner’s directory. I can get from Ave 1000 everyone’s address and phone number. If you wish any other information to be listed with your name (such as email address) please send the information to me at tom@hytry.net.

Reminder: Dog owners please clean up after your pets.
