Minutes of the July 2, 2007

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:00 p.m., present were the following board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: Dave Hanck, Beth Johnson, Linda DeWitte, Sandy Worzala, Beverly & Tom Novak and Jean Paetzel.

Treasurer’s Report: No report. Next meeting will look into how the special assessment is going.

Grounds: Board approved plan for landscaping around the pool. Going with Summer Green. Cost is estimated at $4000. Weeds killed on walking path.

Clubhouse: Replaced three Electric supply boxes with new one. Cost $3500.
