Minutes of the August 6, 2007

OAK CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION Board Meeting

Called to order at 7:03 p.m., present were all board members: Ned Hurley, Eric Paetzel, Jim Lee, Adam Sarauskas and Tom Hytry.

The following homeowners were also present: John & Kim Baer, Carole Crum, April Gilligan, Dave Hanck, Donna Palmer, Doug & Judy Palmer, Kelly Temple, Sandy Worzala, Susan Vertin and Jean Paetzel.

Meeting opened with a report by the landscaper. Replacement of dead plants at entranceways will be done this fall – now is not a good time to plant.

Treasurer’s Report: Special assessment collection going good. Only about $2000 left to be collected –some people are doing so much each month. Only one homeowners has not sent in anything, board will be sending a letter from our lawyer informing them to the legal consequences if they don’t pay the assessment. Association reserves are at $58,000 with $4000 still to be paid on landscaping around the pool.

Architectural: Due to concerns from Homeowners the board has rescinded the use of roofing material other than that listed in the Covenants. At the January 2006 meeting the board approved a list of alternate material for roofing. This list has been rescinded by vote of the current board. The list of alternate roofing material will be removed from the website.

Clubhouse: Special thanks to Dave Hanck for repainting that part of the clubhouse were the new electrical boxes was installed.

Ground: Lights on the entranceways are being worked on. New flood lights were installed at the clubhouse.

Pool: Pool rule change: between 7:00 & 8:00 p.m. will be family swim hour. Adults 18 and over and children under 18 if accompanied by their parent.

Social: The social committee is planning a BYO pool party for the Monday of Labor Day weekend – 9/3/2007. More information to follow.
