If the function includes pool use, property owner has read and agreed to all pool regulations in conjunction with the Clubhouse Rules.
Property owner agrees to the covenants to hold the Oak Creek Homeowner’s Association, it’s Board of Directors, Agents, successors, Assigns and Employees forever harmless and agrees and consents to indemnify them for any penalty, damage liability or charges imposed for any violation of any law or ordinance occasioned by the owner. Owners and his/her guest(s) will at all times protect and indemnify and hold harmless the Oak Creek Homeowner’s Association form any and all loss, damage, liability or expense claimed or threatened by any person or entity arising out of or from any accident or other occurrence on or about the premises and facility.
